I have a great deal of experience, both personally and professionally, working with First Responders and their families, and I have a thorough understanding of the culture and stress these careers bring for everyone involved.

My main area of focus is to "help the helpers."  Which is why I am devoted to offering my therapy services to First Responders.

Whether this is working with individuals on stress or trauma related to their profession, going through transitional times such as divorce, separation, blended families, new babies, or even illnesses, the situations we face and endure are as unique as the individuals in them and must be treated that way.

I have completed specialized training in Trauma, EMDR, Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), DBT, IAFF Peer Support, Law Enforcement Perspectives, CISM (Critical Incident Stress Management), Struggle Well, and Marriage Strong.
